Cleaning of Downtown Corridor

Parks staff has collaborated with Recology, who provided a sweeper to help clean our downtown corridor. Meanwhile, leaves are blown from sidewalks, and in front of businesses, to allow safe foot traffic.

Mario Andrade

Mario has a background in landscaping and is familiar with the seasonal and daily demands of this position. His experience will be an asset to our Public Works team. Please feel free to stop and say ‘hello’ if you see us out and about.

Carolyn Buergler

Congratulations to Local Supporters

Congratulations to Carolyn Buergler and Jean Hager! They were the two winners of the Chamber's Gift Card Promotion. Each winner received $200 in gift cards to a local restaurant or salon of their choice. Thanks to everyone who participated.

Jean Hager

Please continue to support our local restaurants and salons (you can buy products from them if arranged in advance). Covid restrictions are still in place for who knows how long? We really want them all to be here at the end of this very long and winding road. Thank you.
