Neighborhood and City Parks
City Park is a 7.4-acre community park located at 450 West 2nd Street and is shaded by 200+ year old Live and Valley Oak trees. Park amenities include children's play structures, a baseball field, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, Scout cabin, snack shack, and restrooms.
Vintage Meadows Park is a 3.5-acre neighborhood park located at North Foothill Boulevard and Healdsburg Avenue. This park offers two children's play structures, basketball courts, drinking fountains and restrooms, a large multi=use field, as well as a footpath that runs through and around the park.
Furber Park is a 6-acre community park located at 298 Elbridge Avenue. Park amenities include children's play structures and swings, a joint-use baseball/soccer field, snack shack with announcement booth, drinking fountains, and restrooms. A year-round creek runs through the park.
|Downtown Plaza |
The Downtown Plaza Park is located in the heart of downtown Cloverdale adjacent to City Hall and the Cloverdale Police Department. Plaza Park features a stage, seating areas, a drinking fountains, various shade arbors and a restroom is coming soon. Plaza Park is home to community events and activities.
|Tarman "Clark" Park|
Tarman Park is a half-acre neighborhood park located at 45 Clark Street. Park amenities includes the largest play structure in town as well as picnic tables and a drinking fountain.
River Park is 58.2-Acre Open Space that has trailheads east of the Cemetery parking lot and the south end of McCray Road. There are 3-miles of trail that runs along the west side of the Russian River. There is a ramp for water access to the river on the McCray trailhead to launch a boat or swim.
The Cloverdale Cemetery is a 13.5-Acre historic landmark located at E.1st Street before the Crocker Bridge. It was a burial site for early pioneers and residents primarily in the early 18-1900's. The cemetery walking paths highlight local history including a veteran's memorial.
|Porterfield Creek Preserve|
The Porterfield Creek Open Space is a 250-acre preserve located at the western edge of Cloverdale. With diverse terrain, perennial water flow in the creeks, and serpentine geology, the Preserve supports a diversity of plants and wildlife and is a great location for hiking and biking.
